  I bought my Civic from here almost 4 years ago and have never had an issue. Just brought my car in for an oil change today knowing that Hoffman previously provided a list of maintenance items to take care of at my last appointment. I have plans today so I said that I couldn’t stay too long and I just wanted the oil change and one other service, and they didn’t press me on taking care of anything else. I plan on continuing being their customer for the foreseeable future.

  Given that we’ve owned well over a dozen Hondas, we’ve come to expect top notch service from the Honda team. The staff at Hoffman Honda’s Service Department are exceptional. Tyler May is a consummate professional and we are pleased he manages the service team. Kristina C. provides timely and clear communication - which means so much to us as non-mechanics! We have put our trust in these people and they have won our loyalty. They epitomize their slogan, “Driven by Trust.”

  Service rep was very understanding of my issue. I had made an appointment to have a recall fixed however the appointment was made at another dealership. The service rep was understanding and worked with me to resolve the issue and was able to do the repair.

  Kristina was great. Extremely helpful, courteous, communicated really well, made sure we got the best price on repairs, and removed unnecessary services. The video inspection was also very helpful from Eric so we could understand what needed to be repaired and what wasn’t necessary. Fast turnaround time on repairs. All around great experience. This will be our go-to for Honda service from now on.

  My service representative Kristina was experienced and polite. She was aware of my existing issue from my last appointment & was very professional about my scheduled maintenance update. I also needed to repair the Honda emblem on the front of my car which she was more than helpful to help me replace.
  
  I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Kristina and the Honda Service team over at the Hoffman Honda Service Dealership in Simsbury, CT.
  
  I have had two experiences with this location, the original with service representative Olivia & the second with Kristina. Both have been quick, reliable & meaningful thanks to their incredible staff.
