It was Easter Sunday and I had a lot of pain . I didn’t know what was wrong with me . From the moment I walked in the experience was excellent- The PA Michelle and Nurse and MRI tech were absolutely an amazing team . Such a wonderful experience! They were caring and completely understanding of the situation. Hands down best experience I have ever had at an emergency Walk in Facility.
They all deserve raise !
Having had a very disappointing experience at a prior HMH Urgent care, I am pleased with my experience here in Point. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The 2 nurses that helped me with my treatments, Ashley and Sheila were excellent, couldn't ask for a better patient experience for an ER/Urgent care.
