  Family First Urgent Care is wonderful! It's very easy to book an appointment online. The staff is friendly, compassionate and caring. The facility is very clean and there was no wait time. I highly recommend them!

  First time going to this Urgent Care. Decided to use, as the one I normally went to was busy at the time I knew I would be going. Based on researching, this facility had good overall rating, but also, I always read google reviews by “ MOST RECENT” filter. They were all 5 star and positive about doctors, medical assistants, receptionist and wait times. I made an appointment in morning for a 3:30pm on same day. Process extremely easy and got 2 reminder notifications prior to appointment. When I went receptionist very friendly and had to be the quickest I was ever taken in an urgent care facility even when I had an appointment scheduled. I didn’t even get a chance to fill out the new patient form! The medical and physician assistant were extremely nice and friendly. Both expressed sensitivity and happiness for me as I gave them history that I am 6 years cancer free, as was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016. Nice to have medical staff be sincere in their reaction and interactions with a patient. Medical diagnosis for my visit was thorough in exam along with needed follow up. Will be using this facility going forward! Thank you Family Care Team!

  This urgent care facility is TOP NOTCH. A full and caring staff, who will get you back to yourself in no time. Appointments are kept, meaning there is little to no waiting. Walk-ins are fit in quickly because this facility runs with a full staff.
  Love this place, probably a little better than my primary care physician 😆

  I had to take my 16 month old here on a Sunday. There was a very short wait. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was Amazing. I wish I remembered his name because he was so caring, and empathetic and it was really what I needed. I was having issues with my sons medication and the doctor just made me feel so much better. I would definitely recommend this office.

  My husband and I are both medical professionals and were visiting from out of town. We came because we thought our infant daughter might have strep. We made an appointment earlier that day and were seen right away. The medical assistant and PA were incredibly kind and attentive! They even gave our little one a balloon which really cheered her up! We were in and out quickly and very pleased with the experience. Since we visit the area often to see family, we’re glad there’s a good place to come to if anyone gets sick.
