(September 4, 2023, 11:03 am)Absolutely wonderful! Pizza was perhaps the best I've ever eaten (others in our group said the same). Service was warm and friendly, vibe was fun and casual. For now, they are serving outdoors weekends only (start until Oct.1), and will then renovate the building. Enough picnic and other tables for the substantial crowd that was there Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend), fun music playing, and they provided decks of cards and games (both table games - we played Boggle - they even supplied pens and paper- and cornhole). Lots of families with young kids and a few well behaved dogs. All in all a delightful experience. Once the restaurant is up and running we will be regulars!

(August 5, 2023, 6:20 pm)My only regret is that I live across the country and can’t come here all the time. Truly amazing and unique pizza in a beautiful outdoor space. Only the highest quality local and in season ingredients made for what was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s a meal I won’t soon forget, and the friendly staff made it all the better. Highly recommended.

(July 21, 2023, 8:55 pm)The pizza I receive from Hilltown was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. You will not find a better pie in the Berkshires. The atmosphere is incredible and exactly what I am looking for in this area.
