  I saw Dr Bywater today for an urgent eye issue. He was very pleasant, informative and empathetic. He understood that I had an existing relationship with a different practitioner but I still felt like I got the best of care from him and am really grateful.

  I scheduled my eye visit as a shot in the dark with Highland Optometry. Now using a Medicare Advantage plan with UHC, it was difficult to find a doctor that takes my vision plan. I was delighted with the outstanding service provided by the doctor. One of the most thorough exams I have had as a normal routine yearly exam. Far more extensive than any other place I have been to. They did not attempt to up-sell anything including the eye glasses. Honest and professional. I highly recommend..

  Dr Bywater bad my my personal eye Dr since he was in his first small
  Office attached to the bank on 9w. I have always received excellent care. 15 years later both of my boys are seeing Dr Bywater. He had a personal touch and remembers your face and family. Excellent care and thorough exams.
