  I simply cannot write the words to describe just how incredible this place is, and it’s because of the people who work there. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so off-the-charts welcoming and nice (maybe loving is a better adjective). I came in with an ear issue. They not only fixed it, but they offered to check on my dog, who was in my car with the windows down (secured with a harness in the backseat) and who I was worried about. That just blew me away. Me and my dog give this place the highest rating possible. They are the Ted Lasso of medical walk-ins.

  Extraordinary care, compassion and kindness. So glad we chose FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center for an emergent medical situation. I am writing my review from home instead of 8 hours in the ER. FirstCare = BEST CARE! Just wish they could be my primary!

  One of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. I saw PA Carly who was very knowledgeable and personable. Wish I could have her as my primary provider. Would definitely come back for urgent care needs over other clinics nearby.

  Walk-in appointment on a Saturday. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, efficient, and calmly methodical in fulfilling their duties, creating a relaxed atmosphere in the clinic. The waiting room has modern furnishings, muted lighting and wall tones, a water feature, and artwork on the walls. I was examined by Jaimie White, who listened carefully to my symptoms, asked excellent questions, was kind and reassuring, and provided me an acute diagnosis. Superb experience. Grateful patient.

  Ashley, Noelle, and the front desk team were excellent. Ashley believed my symptoms, presented options for further care, and validated the ones I chose. She was also friendly, and gave explanations/answers to my questions in terms that were easy for me to understand, while remaining respectful. I left with a clear understanding of the potential indications of my symptoms as well as the next steps for my care. I left the visit feeling very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend it to other prospective patients.
