  This beautiful charming place to stay, the scenery was breath taking. Dale is an amazing host. If you want a peaceful getaway this place will do. IDK what the others were saying about the water it was hot best part Dog friendly. No smell very clean 1comfy beds big screen TV warm n cozy. It's a 10 to me.

  The room is very big. The beds are soooo amazingly comfortable. The owner is very sweet and help you with any and everything you need or want. Its so beautiful there. Its so peaceful and there is so much for you to do. I recommend this place for everyone.

  My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days after the holidays but we had to find a place that accepted dogs. We were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Being a motel I thought the worst but I was pleased to find such a clean and comfortable place. King size bed, High def flat screen TV, Nice heaters, modern and super clean bath and sink area, new frig , microwave, furniture and carpeting. NO bad smells. Ron the manager was very helpful and a nice guy to hang out with during the snow storm. We'll have in another season to see how beautiful the grounds are. Great place to stay. Close to High point state park.
