We have been here in the RV site since March. No issues w neighbors or noise except from the hwy. We are next to the Delware River, which is a bonus on a hot day to walk down and sit by the shore.

We stopped in for a week to rest while passing through. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The campground was very conveniently located right off of the highway and right down the road from major stores. The spaces were large and level, and there was plenty to do with the river so close. We would absolutely recommend stopping in when traveling though the tri-state area, and definitely would stay again.

The owner Judy was super accommodating on short notice, when it was late at night and we could not make it to our to our reserved campground due to traffic. She was amazing and thoughtful and turned our rough night around. Thank you so much from our family!

Uh, the picture is not an accurate representation of this campground. It’s of the bar/restaurant/event center that is located on the grounds. The campground itself is a literal parking lot with some gravel and some pavement. The spaces are probably 25 feet wide so there is plenty room to have your slides out as well as your chairs. Most all of their spots have water/free cable TV,electric and sewer. Easy access to the highway. Walmart and Home Depot within a mile or so.
They have some live-aboards but all are clean and tidy. The whole place is clean and tidy. The campground backs up to the Delaware River, which is very peaceful to visit. They have some benches and chairs on the lawn for you to sit and enjoy watching the river.
We have stayed here 4 or 5 times as it is the perfect place to stop on our way out of Maine. We feel very safe and comfortable here.
Note: gas in PA is expensive. It is only a mile or so to get to gas stations in NY with much more reasonable prices.
If you’re looking for an overnight or short term place to stay, this is it.
