  I have worked primary with Mr. Higgins who I must say is an outstanding person. He listens to the needs of his clients and is very proactive.   Working with Higgins Realty was a dream come true for my wife and I. As a first time home buyer navigating all the nuances, finding the right home for the right price, and in the best area was our main concern.
