(June 18, 2023, 8:16 pm)Just moved here 2 months ago and love it here. Community residents are very friendly. Love the scenery. They have a very nice walking path leads to a pond and gazebo. Love swimming in the heated poll, awesome clubhouse with many activities. I am very happy here, it’s the best move I ever made. They keep the landscaping grounds beautiful and clean. Very hard working maintenance men .

(December 31, 2022, 1:29 pm)Without getting in to much detail, I would honestly say the Park is kept very clean and tidy by the crew who are friendly, courteous and hard working. It appears that the upper mgmt may not give enough authority to our management to regulate how some properties look and are kept. As far as communications are concerned, there are no problems with the managers. If there are, it's probably because you, the tenant, did something stupid.

(November 30, 2022, 6:53 am)Beautifully kept yards everyone is very friendly, you get thaf small close community feel here. There is always activities going on at the clubhouse which is a beautiful clubhouse. If your a resident you can use the club house for private parties. It's fantastic, I have family living here and they have made alot of great friends and become part of a community that looks out for each other and you really can't ask for more then that.
