  I started seeing Ed in the fall for an old injury. In working with Ed, not only has my old injury improved, but my posture and range of motion has increased. I always looked forward to my weekly treatment and knew I would walk out feeling more aligned and very relaxed. I would recommend Ed as he is caring, professional and helpful.

  Having been a holistic doctor for well over 3 decades I have experienced numerous Rolfers and various deep tissue bodyworkers. Ed is unique in his pain free technique. He offers excellent care and is the perfect person for a first timer to experience the benefits of Structural Integration.

  When friends ask me why I get Rolfed, I tell them because the results are dramatic and lasting compared to deep tissue massage. If you have a regular work out practice - whether yoga, running, weight lifting - you are going to notice changes in your practice after each Rolfing session. The daily body aches and pains also improve.
  You have to commit to the 10 sessions - but it is definitely worth it. Ed is fantastic and will work with you on your specific concerns while integrating the overall Rolfing method. There were quite a few positive changes I experienced in my yoga practice that I didn’t even know could improve!

  After spine surgery and a broken back that caused me to wear braces for a full year, my muscles became atrophied and weak along with very unhealthy fascia. Along with being very kind and caring, Ed has helped me regain my posture along with alleviating my pain. I have been in therapy for almost three years, but it was not until my sessions with Ed that put me on the full road to recovery. He has a very big heart and thinks outside the box to help you. I would highly suggest him.

  Started Rolfing with Ed Hemberger when I received a diagnosis of Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. He gave my fascia a tune up and has continued to treat me consistently to relieve my symptoms. The treatments have helped to improve my posture and overall well-being. Ed is professional and caring and always finds a way to fit me into his schedule even when I have a last minute emergency.
