Dr Renz is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes time to listen and help you the best she can.
I have been seeing Dr Renz for many years now. I have both physical and mental health issues, but she is also my primary care dr for other general needs. As someone with so many issues it’s intimidating to go see the dr because there are so many things I’m embarrassed about. However, what makes Dr Renz different from the rest is she never makes me feel ashamed, even for things that I can control. She is very gentle in explaining the importance of change and does so in an encouraging manner. There isn’t judgement or blame thrown at you because you’re overweight or not eating right. And it is her job as a doctor to educate in what is best for our health, but everything is presented in a professional and caring manner.
The rest of the staff is amazing too. I’ve seen two different nurses there and whenever they do vitals they are kind, caring and engaging to help calm any nerves. The reception desk has always been professional and accommodating when needed. It took me 2-3 months to get my healthy annual visit this year, but I didn’t need it urgently, so I expected them to put other patients ahead of me who were more critical. In past years if I was sick or had an ailment they made sure to get me in ASAP. Overall just a great office with kind and professional staff. I would recommend this office and Dr Renz to anyone looking for a primary care physician!
