  Let me start by saying, my family and I had previously spoken and met with 2 separate realtors different companies, who we felt, left us in this big dust cloud very confused, showed us a house and sent us on our way, no follow up. When we got to meet and sit down with Maura and Garett, they completely changed our experience of buying a home and definitely set the standard for me. They sat down with us and went over all of our expectations and reservations, asked if we had any questions, and just really listened to everything we had to say. Every step of the process Maura was always there to answer any of our questions whenever we had them, as well as Garett. We felt like we really had a strong team taking care of us. We had a couple challenges that made me worry, but Maura was quick thinking with solutions and next steps and never once made us feel like we weren’t worth helping. Needless to say we acquired our first home with their help, they made everything feel comfortable and go smoothly. They really put their heart into helping us secure our home, especially in today’s tough market. Thank you Maura, Garett and the whole of Heart and Home Realty!

  Maura was absolutely amazing to work with! Always completely honest, and I could tell she really wanted me to find the perfect home. She understands how crazy the market is and made it a priority to see houses as soon as possible. They made buying a house as easy as possible and always had the answers to my questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

  I’m so grateful to Maura for all her help and patience with getting me into my new home! The dogs and I are settled in and very happy! She did everything she could to make the process easier for me and stayed on top of things the whole way through! She’s super dedicated to her clients even though my budget was much smaller than most. I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude enough. I wish all transactions were this satisfying. I’m not one to recommend someone if I don’t have full confidence in them and I absolutely recommend Maura! If you’re looking for someone that you can trust and that understands this business and will work hard for you whether a mobile home or large estate it’s Maura!

  Buying my first home on my own with three kids was an overwhelming thought! I had been renting and loved the house, my landlord decided to sell. Maura encouraged me and said “ why don’t you just buy it if you love it?” She not only guided me through the whole process but gave me the confidence to take the leap!!   I highly recommend Maura Hammerstone as a realtor with Heart and Home Team. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond and very aggressive. I am so happy I chose her to represent me in a recent house purchase.
  
  Within a few hours after I called her, Maura set up a viewing, completed the necessary paperwork and presented my offer to the seller. Numerous other offers were also presented. Mine was not the highest, however Maura was able to convince the parties to accept my bid as the best and strongest.
