  We have worked with Denise and Julie three times - twice as buyers and once as sellers - and we can’t recommend them enough. They are wonderful to work with - highly responsive and always available to answer and questions and help you along the way. Because they are so on top of things we were always very clear about all the steps that needed to happen to move forward at any point in the process. Buying or selling a house is a huge undertaking and Denise and Julie make it as stress-free and simple as can be. They do great work!

  Denise and Julie are great to work with. They provided excellent guidance on preparing our house for sale, created high quality marketing materials and placed a realistic value on our house. The sale of our house presented some unique challenges as we went on the market the day before the governor shut down most of the state to limit the spread of Covid 19. Throughout the uncertainty Denise and Julie kept us informed of developments and the constantly changing rules. They walked us through the entire process and made things as easy as possible. Not only would I recommend them to others, but I recommended them to my daughter and they helped her buy her first house.

  Julie and Denise are your dream team!
  They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable and stay on top of things. Have used them for buying and selling two separate occasions. They keep you in the loop and help you every step of the way.
  They aren’t afraid to think outside of the box and work with you to make everything perfect.

  We worked with Julie on buying our first home. We initially contacted Julie in March and we are now closing at the end of September. We saw 15-20 homes as we were interested and Julie was always available to chat, go on visits, and provide recommendations as requested. She is personable and a stellar advocate for her buyers.
