I have found my new ENT in her. She is kind, thorough, a very competent communicator and resolved my vertigo issue. Additionally, she provided me with printed instructions of what to do if it shows up again.
The facility is local for me, clean and pleasant, and her staff is very friendly.
My only reason for not giving the practice a 5 star rating is that I found the one hour wait time excessive. Perhaps it was a fluke? IDK, but I’ll be going back again regardless, because I was just that impressed by her.
Dr. Lindsay Goodstein was compassionate, competent, informative, and professional. She has a great bedside manner and explained everything she was about to do, including sensations/sounds I’d likely experience, prior to performing each step of the procedure.
Staff is great. Appointment scheduling is a breeze. Everyone appears to get along well with each other.
Best ENT practice to which I’ve been. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Goodstein! Last year I was suffering from massive nosebleeds. I randomly saw her at the old practice to have packing removed. She took one look, got on the phone with a surgeon at Jefferson and had a surgical consult arranged. She caught what no other ENT did.
And THIS is why I followed her to her new practice. She’s the real deal and a Top Doc as well. So if you’re looking for a new ENT, run, don’t walk!
Dr. Goodstein is always thorough in her assessment and does a great job of understanding my current concerns. She always treats me as a person rather than just another patient by getting to know me by more than just my medical history. I highly recommend Dr. Goodstein to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable ENT!
