  I would like to address Dr. Hitesh Patel, a doctor whom I highly recommend. When selecting physicians, I prioritize those with exceptional reviews, and Dr. Patel stood out as being incredibly professional, kind to his patients, and highly respectable. He demonstrates unwavering dedication and respect towards his patients. I recently underwent cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I found his expertise and care to be truly satisfactory. Dr. Patel operates multiple offices equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. If you are experiencing any eye issues, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Dr. Patel's office.

  Recently, due to a change in my health insurance, I switched to Dr. Hitesh Patel. Dr. Patel has a stellar reputation in independent reports and he surely didn't disappoint - extremely satisfied with my visit to his Kendall Park office. Also, the front-office lady, Nisha, was very cordial and helpful as she patiently rearranged my appointments and also, helped me wade through my primary and secondary insurance issues. All in all, a very pleasant experience with the other staff, too! Will strongly recommend this office to my wife who's similarly looking to change her doctor.

  I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I was referred to this place by the emergency room doctor at Penn Medicine for a bizarre eye injury I sustained. Patel Eye Associates took me in the same day on an emergency basis, and treated me daily until I was 100% healed. Dr. Patel and Dr. Shah are experts in their field, and are top notch doctor's. I can't believe the amount of tests that were run on me and the fast protocol that was taken to get my eye back to normal, fast! The office was very busy which tells me these doctors are worth the wait. The staff were also very pleasant to deal with and have amazing patience to deal with the amount of clients they get on a daily basis. Hats off to you ladies and gentlemen! The doctor's assistants were also very friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the compassion and professionalism I received from this place during a very difficult time. A special shout out to Brianna for all of her help, and all of the great people that work here (my apologies, I don't recall everyone's names)...you keep the place running smoothly! I have recommended and will continue to recommend Dr.'s Patel and Shah for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We had a phenomenal experience with this clinic. From the check in process till check out went so smoothly & fast. We didn’t have to wait to be called, just 1-2 mins wait.
  Brittany,the receptionist was very nice & helpful.Christian was very nice to us & made us so comfortable , specially my mom really liked Shivam who
  helped her & explained everything while I was doing my eye check up with Honey who is such a sweet & thoughtful person. Jayson who was with Dr.Shah helped us to know everything about our eye condition. Dr. Shah was a great doctor… my mom has appointment in 2 months with Dr.Patel for further process.
  All the staffs are very professional & thoughtful. Keep up the good work guys!
