(March 15, 2022, 12:14 pm)I was fitted by the Hearing Center with a Resound hearing aid 2-3 years ago. It comes with a mobile app that helps in various situations. Its warranty has included regular cleaning, servicing, and any needed adjustments. On my most recent visit I so much appreciate that Dr. Casey really helped me by having the hearing aid chip changed out so that I can continue to have my hearing aid serviced at the new location to which I will be moving. The service and expertise I receive at the Hearing Center of Bucks County makes all the difference in the world.

(November 4, 2020, 1:16 pm)The staff are very friendly and kind, they take their time making sure you’re comfortable with the look and feeling as well as the color of your hearing aide. The Dr told me my results thoroughly, answering each question I had. I highly recommend this office !

The doctor and staff go above and beyond to assist meeting any and every need we’ve had for my mom and her hearing aid. If I could give 10 stars, I genuinely would... Responsive, professional, friendly, and absolutely amazing service. Thank you!!!!

(October 22, 2018, 5:06 pm)I had an appointment for 1:00 and I walked in 2 min early and was greeted by name and told they would be right with me. Within one min Miss Helen Wilson was with me in her office. Miss Wilson was very friendly and professional. She answered every question I had and gave me good advise when I asked for advice.
I would and have recommended the Hearing Center of Bucks County to others. 5 star!
