(October 28, 2022, 3:40 pm)Bravo Harney & Sons! I bought your cinnamon and spice tea from Dutch Brothers coffee but didn't know it immediately. I had to dig out the tea bag from the cup and found your company name on the label. I immediately ordered 50 satchels and 30 of it between your website and Amazon. 👏👏❤️ Best cinnamon and spice ever! We hoped you'd sell a candle with the same smell.

(February 24, 2022, 5:18 pm)Lisa at headquarters was kind enough to assist us in selling us some fine tea as we had traveled over an hour and 40 minutes to their other store 5 minutes away from it in Millerton only to find the doors closed (Google said it was opened on Tuesday).. the headquarters wasn't opened to the public just yet however she really saved the day as I had also had my mom with me visiting from Clermont.. and she too wanted the teas. Thank you Lisa. I do hope that the company appreciates your upstanding customer skills!

(March 25, 2020, 1:35 am)The tea is the star of the company. Without that, there is no excellence. Harney & Sons makes excellent teas. The website is easy to use. My order was shipped swiftly and padded with paper instead of plastic, which I truly appreciated. The invoice was hand ticked, which shows attention to detail. A pleasant surprise of two samples of flavors different from what I ordered was included in the box. Highly recommend Harney & Sons.

(May 13, 2019, 1:50 pm)Easy ordering on their website and very swift shipping. Great variety of teas and accompaniments from all over the world. Raw sugar cane cubes came very nicely packed in the box. Surprisingly, they also added some tea samples for me to try. There is some point system they have where you get credits and I think with many, you get something but I need to go back on and see how that works. I would order from them again with no hesitation. Great top notch quality products with full detailed history. This is definitely for serious tea connoisseurs!
