(May 11, 2023, 9:26 pm)Myah led me through an emotional and healing Reiki session where she created a very cozy and safe space, spoke with me about my intentions for the session and lifted me out of a funk that was holding me back for months. Her healing touch and gentle words helped me move toward healing in a way I had never experienced before. I felt lighter than air at the end of our session and felt my heart open and light pour in. In our debrief she noted the access bars were an energetic healing that she felt and I felt in the moment to bring me to a moment of total clarity and peace. Thank you Harmony Wellness for teaching me breath work and opening me to a new world of possibilities!

(May 8, 2023, 4:46 pm)I'm not quite sure how to properly put into words how amazing Myah is. What she does is nothing short of magic! Her techniques are a work of art for the mind and body. I have never in my life felt such a deep state of relaxation. I left her center even being able to breathe easier! I definitely suggest an infrared sauna session also. Myah has absolutely nailed this craft and if she is NOT your go to person... you need to make the change to her at once! Can't wait to see her again!

(March 5, 2023, 10:31 am)Harmony Wellness helps me to alleviate my aches and pains everytime I'm there. The use of reflexology as well as the pinpointing of pressure points helps me survive the work week. The massages I receive at Harmony Wellness help my body recoup from the damage I do to it everyday. I highly recommend Myah and all services she offers.
