After sustaining multiple fractures of my humeral head from an ice-skating accident, it was finally time to begin physical therapy. As a Princeton employee, I had heard many positive comments about HPTS on Alexander Street. This being my first experience as a PT patient, I was so impressed with the care that I received from both the staff and therapists. To sum-up this experience, I was warmly welcomed at each visit, my shoulder healed with full range of motion, I learned new ways to care for my body and I had fun! Monique and Kim are treasures!
I’m referred to HPTS by university health center. Under the professional guidance of my therapist, I work on my neck problem and everyday headache through stretching, massaging and muscle development. After about 10~15 visits (3 months), my neck pain is greatly reduced and the tension headache comes much less frequently. The outcome is beyond my expectation. I truly appreciate the help of my therapist and Kim. And I will recommend this HPTS location to my colleagues.
Extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! I went there for my shoulder with a ton of questions about my therapy. They were able to answer them without fail. My shoulder is a lot better now thanks to them 🙏
This is an amazing place - all people are very nice; the physician is very professional. It is a such a fun experience. I was able to identify my weak muscles and work on them under professional guidance. My neck/shoulder pain decreased dramatically and I feel so light everyday. I am going to miss this place a lot.
I highly recommend Hamilton Physical Therapy in Princeton. I injured my hip before moving to Princeton and completed a course of physical therapy at a practice with newer therapists. The pain returned after six months and this time I tried HPTS. Working with Monique made me appreciate the value of experience. She regressed me back to the most basic movements, which felt almost pathetic at the time, and rebuilt movement patterns until I was able to run and play sports again. She went beyond the symptomatic area to help me strengthen other related areas. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of injury and a methodical yet compassionate approach to healing. Finally, the office was joy to visit with the fun selection of music and conversation with staff and patients. My only complaint is that the office feels understaffed, with Monique and Kim often juggling four patients. And yet the quality of care never suffered. Please spread the word about HPTS and give Monique more resources so she can help more people!
