(June 29, 2023, 6:38 am)I have nothing but amazing things to say about the nurses and techs on the maternity floor. From the moment I walked in , nervous as could be , to the moment we left we were treated with respect and compassion. These nurses were kind and reassuring . The techs truly helpful and made me feel comfortable at my most vulnerable. This team is by far the best experience I’ve ever had thank you all so much for making the birth of my daughter an even more amazing process.

(June 17, 2023, 8:21 pm)I had stomach surgery here on 6/6/23 and all my nurses/aides were so wonderful on the third floor. Anna, Ally, Nate, Amanda, Jonathan and Ana treated me so well and made sure I was comfortable and resting well, especially with a very sore abdomen. If I needed help or needed something, they were more than happy to give me either a cup of water, a blanket or anything. They truly were incredible!
The only complaint I have is about the person who was my roommate for my one night stay. While I understand that no one has control over snoring or bodily movements by someone, can there be some sort of rule that a patient has to turn off their personal devices during the night and early morning? My roommate's cell phone, according to my mother, went off ALL day the afternoon of my surgery once I got back to my room and it even went off at 7:45 AM the day I was being discharged. I think it's a little rude to have someone's phone ringing so early in the morning when your neighbor is trying to sleep off anesthesia. Every time I tried to go to bed, her phone was nonstop ringing and she was constantly yelling into it. Please somehow make it where the patients can't have their personal cell phones on until at least 8:30 in the morning.
Aside from that one problem, all the doctors and nurses treated me wonderfully! -

(February 5, 2023, 2:26 am)Had a great experience with Pediatrics. They took wonderful care of my child when he was transferred here. Everyone from the doctors, nurses and assistants were not only kind but patient. I never felt like I was bothering anyone with additional questions. They made us feel like a priority even in the middle of the night. Guest services even went the extra step in bringing toys to entertain my child each day. Highly recommend coming here if you have a child in need of urgent care. You don’t see this high level of care these days. We left feeling grateful and will never forget the wonderful medical professionals at Jersey Shore.

They treated us with golden gloves, a family member of ours was in a bad accident, they used medical helicopter transport to get him to Jersey shore medical on time hoping for him to make it out alive after what seemed like endless hrs of surgery they stabilized him. Recovery is still a long process but thanks to this amazing staff we’re happy every is alive!! Let’s count our blessings! As a bonus, the hospital is fresh and clean! Airy and spacious! Thank you to all amazing miracle workers!!
