  I was at healthsouth before it became encompass
  I had double knee replacement
  11 years ago
  The staff was amazing
  I hope now that it is encompass it's as better as healthsouth
  My dad is 94 is going there today
  I hope he gets the best service that I received

  This place is the best rehabilitation hospital for my mother. They gave top notch care to my mother. She came in the door in a wheelchair after not moving for two months. She was able to walk out the door. Thanks to the doctor, nurses, techs, Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists. You’re the best!

  I'm absolutely shocked at the bad reviews. Maybe the people haven't been to other facilities. My mom had a stoke and at 89 years old this was a bad one. She unfortunately died about 6 weeks later at home from another stroke. But this was after she left Encompass and went to a step down unit. All the people were so nice and flexible. My mom unfortunately didn't respond but it wasn't because of the Therapists or any of the staff. My mom had been to other Rehabs for a bad fall in the past and that's where you received terrible care. Encompass? The best out of the 4 different places my mom went to. Never waited more then a few minutes for an aide or nurse once we paged them and they changed her right away after she would go to the bathroom. I highly recommend Encompass to anyone who needs acute Rehab!!
