    So far so good! I feel comfortable with my doctor and I love how understanding, patient and professional he and his staff are. Please continue being great as I would love to continue being seen here for many years to come. Very LGBTQ friendly which is a BIG PLUS for me!

    I became a patient of Dr Marks a few months ago and have seen him twice. The staff has been professional, polite, and friendly each time. Dr Marks has a great bedside manner and is patient; allows you to ask questions and takes time to answer them. He is thorough. Yesterday, I called in the midst of a mini mental breakdowb after a long day in the ER with my Dad who has serious medical conditions. Karen assisted me on the phone, was patient dealing with me through my crying, got immediate answers for me instead of calling me back later in the day. An appointment was made for next week (due to my schedule) and she told me to call to talk before then if I needed someone to talk to. I really appreciate her compassion and empathy. Dr Marks, Internal Medicine associated with Griffin Physicians is highly recommend.
