I then did an Ayurveda consult with her and have since implemented several of her suggestions and have felt a world of difference in such a short time. Vibha is excellent at what she does and is always available to answer questions. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my stress levels and overall well being. I would highly recommend Vihba. I still have more things to implement into my daily routine, but even just a few of them has made me feel so much better. Many thanks!

I have been getting 30 minute scalp massages and 30 minute reflexology (foot massages) from this amazing woman for a few months and I am so grateful that she came to my town! I also attended her Ayurvedic cooking class- AMAZING! wow! She is a wealth of knowledge for a better life.
