From the moment my wife pushed my wheelchair into the office we encountered several friendly ladies. One actually held the door, which facilitated our entry. We checked in and everyone was cordial and professional as we filled out the paperwork. We only waited about 10 minutes when one of the ladies pushed me into an examination room. Almost immediately, Doctor Kyle Alessi came in, shook my hand and introduced himself to my wife and I. After a brief synopsis of my medical history, especially foot related issues and the Doctor was off and running! I was here for diabetic foot care, especially toenail clipping and a thorough examination of my feet. After what only seemed like 15 or 20 minutes, the job was done. My toenails and feet looked and felt like they belonged to me again. In all, a short, very pleasant experience. A quick stop for a follow up visit and we were on our way. I cannot think of anything I would change. It was a very pleasant experience!
Dr. Mullen is wonderful. He throughly explained why I experienced pain and suggested treatment options. The website has plenty of information and exercises to help patients. Meghan is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend Foot Care Associates to friends and family.
Excellent doctor office! Everyone in the staff is great, very professional, friendly, and attentive. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable, spent quality time in the examination of my feet, respectful, and provided a solution. I highly recommend this footcare practice.
