  Came with friends for the day using a day pass. We arrived at 10am (when they open) and it was already very busy. We parked in the overflow parking area which wasn't too far from the lodge. I rented the smallest locker just for our wallets and phones. We left our backpack and towels on a set of chairs and they were undisturbed.
  
  The park was VERY clean. The staff was helpful. There could have been more people supervising the water slides, but otherwise it was well staffed.
  
  We ordered lunch from one of the quick service windows. The food was fast and good enough. The weather was cloudy so we stayed indoors. We played from 10 am to 4:30 before everyone was tired. It was an excellent day trip. I would certainly return and consider staying at the hotel as well.

  Not sure about the bad reviews. I enjoyed my stay. We had a 1bdrm suite and everything was clean and modern. The only thing that needed work was the plumbing in the tub. I would definitely come back, especially since they have expanded and made rooms with kitchenettes. I love taking family trips and this has definitely made the list. I think Great Wolf reads reviews and takes them seriously. There was no noisy construction during quiet hours. Which is something the resort encourages and I was texted a few times while there to give my “in real time feedback” this is something I never encountered but appreciated. I look forward to returning… the outdoor pool was open, but I am not sure if it was reserved for groups.

  We had a great experience. Everything was clean, staff very friendly. I had a 7 yr old and 2 teenagers, and we all enjoyed ourselves. There was way more to do on-site than we realized. There does need to be more food options, it did seem there was one being built, but not open yet. Overall, we would go again

  My wife, daughter (11), and I had a wonderful time here. Our top three “must-haves” were exceeded…safe, clean, and friendly!”
  
  All water attractions (including the outdoor pool) were open. It was really the perfect vibe for our family. Everything you need is here. We didn’t find the price of any food item to be unacceptable. In addition, the food was really quite good!
  
  Totally my opinion, but good for perspective…I don’t know that I’d call this a match for two adults looking for “adult only” time (I don’t believe it is advertised as such). I also think it could be less fun for teens who are 16 and older (unless they are young at heart).
  
  In summary…we couldn’t have been more pleased. We’ll be back for sure! Kudos to the hiring managers for bringing on people that focus so intently on hospitality.
