  We were so excited to visit Camelback today, but my son ended up very sick and unable to go on vacation. I called Camelback, and they were very understanding and gave us a credit for another stay. Wonderful customer service, and we look forward to our stay once my son is feeling better! Thank you Camelback for your compassion and great service!

  The staff are very friendly, especially the maintenance person Natalie she made our stay so much more hospitable with her bright smile. She was able to help us with anything we needed. Knowing that she is here makes us want to come more often, which we do! so thank you, Natalie, and other staff of camel back resort and Outdoor Park keep up the good work.

  I would say that overall we enjoyed our trip. The kids enjoyed the indoor water park and we spent a day at the outdoor water park. The rooms were generally clean and well-kept. There were some strange things housekeeping coming after 4:00 p.m., very loud air conditioners, and the water from the shower splashing out all over the floor. The rooms were also advertised to have a balcony and a coffee maker and our room did not have either of these.
  
  I was not really a fan of them charging $25 a night for parking. I know they're going to come on here and say it's necessary for maintenance and upkeep but every other resort has parking and they don't charge. It's just a shameless cash grab.
  
  Again these are minor issues that really didn't significantly dampen our experience. We definitely made some great memories with our kids and will likely be back again.
