The facility is clean and well-managed. The staff is personable and the other members are a pleasure to train with. If you're on the fence about attending, definitely come in for a free trial class. You won't regret it.

The strength and fitness classes are a great complement to the martial arts classes. You are essentially getting top notch martial arts training, personal strength training, and injury prevention and flexibility training all in one membership. I would highly recommend Gracie Barra for anyone at any level.
