When I arrived at Fluid with a shoulder injury, I could not lift my left arm above my waist or reach that arm out to the side or behind me in any way. Gianna Bigliani was so incredibly thorough in her assessment and treatment. I came away from each session with measurable improvement, as well as with gentle exercises and stretches that I have continued to incorporate into my everyday life. I have such a better understanding of how my shoulder works, and how to keep it healthy going forward.

I went to Laura Kellogg-Abraham 2 months after my Total Knee replacement. Prior to going to Fluid Physio, I could not bend or straighten my knee even though I was taking treatment at some other facility. A doctor recommended me Fluid Physio after seeing no improvement. Every treatment Laura provided, every exercise she asked me to do, did wonders. Now I can bend and straighten my legs. I recommend Fluid Physio.

Is there a six star option? What is it worth to sleep through the night? To build strength back so you can live the life you want? Gianna is a rock star. I felt immediately at ease with her. This is a full confession. I have had back pain for 30 years. I have worked with a lot of PTs and chiropractors. Gianna not only diagnosed my issues, her positive energy and the way she communicated got me for the first time to do the exercises. Her body work also sets her apart.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are welcoming and incredibly supportive. Gianna and Carly are outstanding professionals. They spend the entire hour with you and you get individualized attention, which is unusual in the PT practice. Gianna quickly identified the root cause of my pain and made an effective treatment plan. She really listened to my needs and explained issues and treatment to me. Beside manual physical therapy, she corrected my daily posture and showed me the right way to do exercise and stretches. All these are critical for my recovery. I would highly recommend them as top-rated physical therapists.

I came to see Gianna because I was having a lot of weird symptoms, and being a runner that tends to happen. I was coming back from an injury that has taken me over a year to heal. I had two bilateral tibia stress fractures, and although they healed, the pain in my shins and calves were still there, and giving me trouble. Furthermore, I was having some issues with my lower-back and hips. Gianna is a remarkable person and therapist, she really helped guide me with exercises to enable me to continue running, and I feel so much better!! I think I saw Gianna 4 or 5 times, and what I really liked was that every session there was a purpose, and there was a goal to achieve. I always feel like I am in an assembly line at other PT places I have gone, and they ask you want is wrong and then just treat the one area. Gianna doesn’t do that, she takes her time to really figure out what is going on, and makes it her mission to get you back out there. I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and I have my own running coaching & personal training business now, so having someone like Gianna in my corner is incredibly important both as an athlete and a coach/trainer. I highly recommend Gianna to all my clients, and to anyone who is looking for someone who truly wants to help you and get you healthy!
