(March 7, 2022, 8:25 pm)Google only lets me give Myriah 5 stars but she is so many more. Myriah is smart, kind, gentle but effective. I completely trust her which is enormous because even when PT is hard I know it’s ok. Both my husband and I have seen Myriah for a number of issues ranging in complexity (I just had 3 surgeries on a broken leg in 3 places) and we would both recommend her without reservation.

(June 28, 2021, 11:26 pm)Dr. Pahl is knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. I came to her with shoulder pain due to an injury and jaw pain (TMJ). After working with Dr. Pahl over the course of just a couple of months I am pain free and have regained mobility in both my shoulder and jaw. She is not only skillful but attentive and caring. My entire experience with her was positive from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pahl.

She's really thorough in answering all of my questions, I love that she's also a trained yoga teacher and has given me tips to incorporate into my practice. Myriah is super friendly, I recommend her to my friends. She is the only doctor I look forward to seeing!

(March 7, 2021, 8:08 am)I went to Dr. Myriah at Good Life Physical Therapy in Tarrytown for a foot injury and felt immediately like I was in good hands. She did a thorough review of my condition and explained everything as we went along. I saw her for 2 months and left with no pain and a significantly improved ability to hike, do yoga, and get back to my regular life. I'll be calling on her for help healing any future aches, pains, or injuries. Dr. Myriah is now a valued and highly knowledgeable part of my health and wellness routine. If I am experiencing pain and require relief I don’t have to think twice about where to go or who to see - I go see Dr. Myriah.

(March 4, 2021, 2:51 pm)Myriah is truly amazing at what she does and a wonderful human being to boot! I've sought her expertise many times previously for other issues, but went back this week with a new problem: TMJ and a misaligned jaw from breathing and/or talking weird in a face mask all day at work. She took her time with me, explained everything she was doing, and I left her office probably 90% better (which is huge after only ONE treatment!) I've been able to eat and talk without any pain the last few days. I'm looking forward to seeing her again for a follow-up next week and am confident in a complete recovery.
For what it is worth, I am also a healthcare professional in the Rivertowns. So in addition to seeing her when I personally need treatment, I have also entrusted several of my own patients into Myriah's care. She has never disappointed.
