  Great community, excellent teachers, perfect room and nice owners. Owners Alec and Sophia are attentive and "hug friendly". The hot room is clean, has infrared heat, and quality air. All the teachers are amazing and compliment one another very well. The students are relaxed, friendly, and positive. Its a great scene. Friday music class is a must.

  I just started with hot yoga last month and it has been so wonderful. The smile of Sophia is contagious and the atmosphere is so positive . Alec is an excellent teacher. They have both Bikram yoga and hot vinyasa flow yoga.. All the teachers are amazing !! I am loving it here. The workout is challenging but I start at my own pace and can make the adjustments that suit my practice while challenging myself to continually improve.. it is all about me , when I am on the mat , and it is so relaxing afterwards. Thank you Sophia and Alec for opening this friendly studio. I have been to many studios and gyms in Glastonbury but Glastonbury Hot yoga is by far the place where I can be myself and feel welcomed!! I highly recommend it.

  Tried hot yoga for the first time ~1 month ago at Glastonbury Hot Yoga, having never even tried any form of yoga prior. Sophia and Alec were welcoming, understanding, and eager to teach. After a 2-week trial period, my wife and I decided to purchase a membership and enjoy the challenge (and benefits) of this new practice. The studio is very clean, all the people are welcoming, and we look forward to the mental clarity that follows each session (not to mention the cold lavender towel).
  
  As someone who has been doing Crossfit 5 days per week for the past 8 years, I quickly noticed benefits during my workout, both mentally and physically. It's been easier to grind through tough workouts with a high heartrate and my mobility has noticeably improved.
  
  I cannot recommend this place enough!

  I SIMPLY LOVE this beautiful space!
  I have never felt as welcomed and pleasant in any other yoga studio.
  The wonderful instructors here truly teach what they preach!
  
  Now the studio:
  *Welcoming & beautifully put together.
  *SO Clean!
  * Floors that are steamed and cleaned after each and every class.
  * Free parking!
  * Showers with complementary shampoo's, shower gel and hair conditioner.
  * Fantastic teachers - and I mean FANTASTIC (I take classes regularly with Abbey, Sophia and Alec and they are out of this world superb instructors. By regularly, I mean for the past two weeks since they have been opened HOWEVER I love this studio and the culture of
  Glastonbury Hot Yoga SO much that I signed up for an entire year!
  
  So happy Glastonbury Hot Yoga opened up in my town !

  Owners Alec and Sophia, husband and wife duo created such a beautiful space to practice 26-2 Bikram style yoga. Entire studio is bright and sunny, the hot room airflow is even and sterilized, and instructors are all friendly and engaging to each student. Cool refreshing towel is also provided at the end of each class. Whether you are new to hot yoga or seasoned hot yogi I highly recommend GHY.
  Studio entrance is on Sycamore Street, you’d like 150 Sycamore Street in your GPS.
