  Extremely happy with Luis’s work! Our shower started smelling like mildew due to sitting water in the shower enclosure and Luis quickly identified the issue and offered and provided a solution by installing new shower doors. I had two other people look at the shower prior to Luis and no one wanted to take on the job. Luis was fast and professional and his work speaks for itself. It’s been a couple months and our shower is like new with no mildew issues. Thank you!

  Highly recommend Luis and Glass and Tile Works. I bought glass for a large shower. They were the lowest price of 4 installers by quite a bit. Louis was easy to work with. Because of their lower price I was able to upgrade my glass thickness and go with treated low iron glass and they were still cheaper then the other vendors cheaper options.
  When it came to installation, Luis saw a flaw in the glass when they unpacked it and refused to install it. They ordered a new piece to replace it and came back 2 weeks later to install it.
  People think between cost, quality and speed you can pick two, but always have to sacrifice one of them. I coach people to see if you have the highest quality, the fastest time you will have the lowest price. Glass and Tile Works has figured this out also.

  Luis did a fantastic job replacing the vinyl seals on my shower door and corrected a problem with how the door was installed from new. We never noticed the problem until after he fixed the problem, the door now swings perfectly and no longer leaks at the bottom. Very good communication both on the phone and thru text messaging. He arrived at the house the time he said he would and completed the job quickly. We are VERY pleased! Highly recommended.

  We went through an absolutely terrible experience with our shower glass doors, using a different company. We had leak after leak and as the other company became unresponsive, we felt like we were stuck in the middle of a remodel nightmare. I found Luis’s information online and very positive reviews. After explaining to him the issues over the phone he came to my house the same day. He looked both glass shower doors and explained how he could fix the issues. In less then a week he returned and fixed EVERYTHING! His price was so reasonable and his work was exquisite. We were so grateful. While he was there, he told me what his pricing would had been if he had done the entire glass. Without knowing what I paid, his price would have saved us over 1,000 dollars. I wish I could go back in time and have used Luis from the beginning. Thanks Luis, you have been a life saver for us.

  Luis provided us total confidence that he would be able to install a shower door after we were told by other contractors that it was too difficult of a job. Luis was professional, personal, and patient through the entire job. He explained the process to us and again assured us that we made the right decision to hire him. The shower door is installed, looks great, and most importantly... is not leaking water! I will be hiring Luis for any tile or glass work I need in the future. I recommend you do the same!
