  Use Scott and not national chains. Came out quickly and exterminated a yellow jacket nest under our soffits for a very reasonable price. Seems that most national companies, and a few local ones, push hard to get you on a plan with monthly payments. They charge exorbitant prices to make one visit. Scott doesn't push for any yearly plans, but simply makes a reasonable charge for one visit. We'll go to him if we have further infestations of any type.

  We had Viking over on November 6 to address Yellow Jackets in our house. The service tech left without finding the nest and less effort. He said to call if we continue to see them in our house. By the time he left there was 1 in our dining room and a few in our sink. After i came home that night there was 2 among us in our living room. I called Scott the next day and he came on Monday morning. The effort and knowledge was top notch. He found the nest over my daughter's bedroom window outside in the soffet. He sprayed and said to wait a week. As of this past Monday we haven't seen any in the house or in my garage. Thanks Scott!!! Scott is now my "go to" for issues like this.

  So I had an issue with yellow jackets making a hive right under my bedroom window and they started to get into my room. I really did my homework and researched the best pest control company for the best price. I came across Bug Us and liked the reviews, and also wanted to go with a local company rather then the big name players.
  I called and left a message and was super surprised when Scott called me back to talk about my issue after hours. That really made me feel comfortable and felt like they care about their customers.
  Scott came out the very next day, showed up early and was so nice and professional. He answered all my questions even when I felt like my questions didn't make sense or were stupid. He did the entire job in about 30 minutes and said to give it up to a week to see no more yellow jackets. Well, by day 2 there were absolutely no bees outside my window or in my room. I was incredibly impressed with the speed, professionalism and care for their customer and the customers needs. Scott was amazing and I highly recommend checking this company out!
