  Cheryl Neuburger at Ginnel Real Estate is AMAZING!!!! We had a tricky situation, trying to sell our home while renters were still present and while we were living on the other side of the country. Cheryl calmly and professionally navigated this difficult set of circumstances and was able to help us prioritize the items we needed to complete. She identified a few minor improvements we could make quickly that would increase our selling price and likelihood, and more importantly told us what not to waste our time and money on. Her network in the area is exceptional, leading to high traffic through our listing immediately. Her ability to get our buyers from offer to closing was seamless. Especially since we were living across the country, we needed someone to "run the show" in NY. In the end, Cheryl sold our house in a matter of days, for a price that was significantly over our expectations. We recommend Cheryl to EVERYONE. She is INCREDIBLE!!!

  Worked with Cheryl Neuburger. She helped both my fiancé and I find homes in the same month in a difficult market. We ended up both buying homes 10 minutes away from each other and closed within weeks of each other. Cheryl was great. She was extremely patient and showed us dozens of homes. She knows the area around Katonah and Bedford in intimate detail. Her local contacts and reputation were what made the deal happen. On a personal level, Cheryl is the consummate professional - cool-headed, calm, and wise. But she’s also fun to spend time with — which, for someone you will be spending many hours with while selling or buying a home, is very important.

  We worked with Cheryl Neuburger to sell our house. I simply can’t say enough good things about her. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Always available, very patient, and incredibly responsive to every little question we had, no matter how mundane.
  
  More importantly, she pushed us to get our home ready for sale when she sensed the market was hot. She managed to line up multiple showings right away, and we ended up getting an offer before we had our first open house. An offer which we accepted, just FOUR DAYS after our listing went live.
  
  If you are serious about selling your home quickly, I highly recommend going with Cheryl. I definitely would use her again in a heartbeat.

  Had a great experience in using Kim Morris at Ginnel when I bought my weekend house. She was very patient, thorough and found me a fantastic 1851 Schoolhouse that I absolutely adore.
