Matt was very helpful in sharing his experience and knowledge and helping to pick the best carpet for our house. The installation was scheduled quickly and was done well.

I love how the different samples of flooring are actually in good size sections on the floor of the store, so you get a good idea of how the flooring will look on your floor. The salesperson was so helpful with finding something that sort of matched flooring already in my home, and also within the price range I could work with. Very pleasant experience. The flooring that I purchased looks great now that it's down on my floor, and I'm very happy with the quality. I will definitely be shopping there again when I'm ready to put flooring in the basement.

(June 5, 2023, 12:20 pm)Giant Floor was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased my property in January 2023. The sales rep was knowledgeable and communicative and the store had a great selection to choose from shown in books as well as set up on the floor. Installation was well done. Giant is more expensive than big box stores, but overall I thought it was worth the cost and will use them again for our main floor.

Showroom was clean and well organized. Delivered timely and with no damage. Large selection and reasonably priced.
