Mike showed great patience while my wife made up her mind . We felt no sales pressure to buy, but we bought some real nice furniture for what I felt was a good price. I would recommend to others!!

(November 27, 2021, 7:44 pm)My experience in store was second to none. Steve is AMAZING. he was not your typical sales representative. He was respectful and didn't try to force a sale like when visiting a car dealership or Raymor and Flannigan (as I did earlier in the day before spotting EFO and decided to sto and I'm happy I did). Their prices are WAY CHEAPER and the products are good quality. I am very happy with my purchase! Steve is kind and respectful and you can tell he truly wants to get you what ever it is that you are looking for and are comfortable with. Shortly after delivery and assembly, I had an issue with some items missing and being damaged, when I called I was lucky enough to get Steve. He was very professional and speedy with the receipt of my emailed pictures for proof. He assured me he would forward to the correct department and I believe he will do as he says because he gives off an honest vibe.I would choose EFO every time for future purchases!
