  This place has nailed it! Personal training experience in a small group environment.
  
  The structure makes you push yourself, appropriate to your fitness level. Whether you’re already in top shape and looking to push further, just getting back after a few years out, or just getting started - it’s the right place. Greg, the owner and lead trainer, ensures to make it the perfect experience on an individual level.
  
  Greg also keeps it interesting to prevent boredom and monotony. I have been going for about 2 months, and no 2 sessions have been the same.
  
  I am so glad I finally found this place. Wish I had known about it years ago. I couldn’t be happier.

  This gym is in a great location. The gym is very well kept. It’s not huge, it’s a good size though. The trainers are friendly, but they will kick your butt during training time. Especially Greg😫. This is not your regular gym settings. It’s more like a bootcamp. The sessions last an hour. Trust me, you don’t need anymore than that. My husband and I train together from 5am to 6am. That’s the first session of the day. We choose this time because of his work schedule. So far, so good. Oh and you get a week free to try it out and see if you like it. I mean, can it get any better.

  G Fitness fit camp is the best gym in rockland county. I've been to many gyms in the area and many personal trainers. Not only are his workouts one of a kind, he cares about his clients and their results. If your looking for a great workout and great results definetely check it out.

  Love this gym! The atmosphere when you walk in is so motivating. Greg is an aweasome trainer and has a lot of knowledge about keeping your body strong and healthy. I have seen results faster then any other boot camp that I have taken. I am so happy with my results and with this gym, everyone is so nice and it's bright and clean!

  Highly Recommended!
  Place is bright and clean! This place and the trainer makes me want to work out and makes me extremely motivated. I never liked working out and I never did until I found Greg. He makes everyone feel comfortable and the workouts are AMAZING. You instantly feel and see results. If your looking to workout whether your a beginner or have been working out for years this Bootcamp is the place to be!
