(December 21, 2022, 12:07 pm)Dina the secretary. Took all of my information down. As I'm looking to get a lower quote on my car insurance policy! Not only was she super professional, she was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to assist me so the proper people can get back to me with the quote!
I would highly recommend calling them if your insurance on your automobile has been raised due to the inflation!
She was a gem and I would recommend her as a 10 out of 10! -

I had the opportunity to work with Felicia Gwinn most recently. She answered all of my questions regarding bundling my policy. She also took the time to research the best package for me in saving the most money. I also received a follow up call to check in! Excellent service- I highly recommend!!

She helped me with my home and auto policy in a professional and friendly manner. I had many questions, I didn't understand much about insurance policies until I dealt with Jessica. She walked me through all the questions I had. I knew exactly what I was paying for and I got the best quote. She made the transition from my previous insurance company to Failey Insurance very smooth.
