  Leased 2022 Ford Escape. No proper walk around given. Features not explained. Salesman was terrible. Upon taking the SUV home found a decent size dent on back roof. I was too short to see it myself. How can they lease a 35k plus vehicle and not know there is a dent and blame the customer after less than 10 miles put on car by customer and approx 4 hours passed.
  UPDATE: Car repaired within a reasonable amount of time. Loaner provided at no charge.

  Worth the drive from Philly to Doylestown. Found a used Honda Civic I liked. I recomme d Adi, a salesperson, who is friendly, efficient, and a helpful liaison to managers. He and Michael facilitated all the paperwork. Allow 3 hours for the process.

  The sales associates at Fred Beans of Doylestown were fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They came through with every promised that they made to me.   Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown is one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. William Bromley was my salesperson and he was incredible. I have been at other dealers who would judge me for not being able to afford or if I should even be looking at such a high ticket item based on my age or how I look. This was not the case here, in fact, I felt very welcomed and heard. They helped me get out of my lease and into a brand new 2022 Mach E GT with zero hassle. Chris DeNight in finance was great at making sure I understood the extra packages I got. They have 100% earned a lifelong customer, and I will be referring my family in friends to do business with them.

  My family and I have been purchasing/leasing vehicles from Fred Beans Ford of West Chester for well over 10 years. Kevin Deets is without a doubt the most decent, honest, non pushy salesman we have ever dealt with! He makes the whole experience of buying a car as easy as it can get!
