  If you are looking to learn REIKI, I would highly recommend Sandy and Foundations Yoga. Sandy is an AMAZING instructor. I just spent the last year attending her Reiki programs, and it has been a game changer!

  Can't say enough about Foundations. Been looking for quite a while for the right fit. So happy I found Foundations. Great instructors, wonderful community. I feel very much at home. Just attended chakra workshop very informative. I look forward to attending other workshops. I started with alot of issues with neck and hip pain. Happy to say haven't felt this good in a couple of years. Thank you Sandy for all you have done for me!

  Love Foundations Yoga! Sandy is friendly and welcoming and all of the teachers really take the time to welcome you and make you feel like part of the family. Sandy has created a really nice forum for on line classes offering a nice variety. The energy is always positive and good. Can’t have a bad day after spending time with this group. Thanks Sandy and gals for an amazing experience. 💕

  There are so many great qualities about Foundations Yoga. But first and foremost, it’s the sense of community that I most enjoy. I found my way to FY through a friend and have driven 25 minutes to go to this studio. It’s well worth the drive because of the calming atmosphere, the support of my fellow participants, as well as the amazing instructors. Each teacher is very in tuned to your individual needs both physically and emotionally. The studio itself has always been exceptionally clean and inviting even prior to covid. Because my work hours are unpredictable the zoom classes have been an added benefit. There are many class options at multiple levels and at convenient times. I look forward to the day we can all be back in the studio together.

  Foundations is a unique & special studio- you feel the energy when you enter the space- very clean & organized which creates a sense of peace right off the bat- for yoga, reiki & crystal healing. It’s a lovely community of students- very warm & welcoming - and a well rounded variety of qualified, experienced teachers. The studio has held together throughout the pandemic- adapting with Zoom, offering outdoor classes (weather-permitting) and a few limited indoor classes to meet their students needs. And the on-line & boutique shop offers an amazing selection of crystals & healing tool. Sandy, the owner, truly cares and it shows in all the details.
