Katie really cares about clients and is willing to help you and go extra mile to fit your needs. Trainings are by far one of the best I've ever taken in years. Also, since day 1 everyone makes you feel part of this great family. There's great deals and offers all the time, definitely come join!

I'm so much more confident, happy and at peace with myself. That's been a life-long journey! Her nutritional counseling has helped me to overcome the confusion around what I should be eating and I've really never felt better. Her workout schedule fits my lifestyle and in fact, I've been inspired to adjust my life to fit more movement in! I love working with her and how she's offered virtual personal training during the pandemic so while most people are stuck at home and overeating, I've been losing!! I ALWAYS recommend Katie and FFM!
