(August 1, 2023, 2:38 pm)Quality consistently good in the 6+ years we’ve been coming here, for birthdays and Chinese New Year’s feast. Fresh ingredients, skillful cutting and authentic cooking. What really sets this place apart is how relaxing it is. Several factors. Tasteful music that doesn’t trigger human fight-or-flight response; soft and warm lighting; ink brush calligraphy scrolls and embroidery artwork; attentive but non-intrusive service; spacious seating. Today (June 15, 2023) we came to celebrate our son’s graduation from middle school. The cumin crisp fish was sooo good.
July 22, 2023 update. After hearing our order, the waitress suggested moving us to a bigger table, lol. So attentive. We tried the tea smoked duck, which was out of stock last time. It blew us away! We also had the best sweet patota pie with plum syrup. Crispy outer layer gives way to tender and chewy heart. So satisfying this is our farewell dinner, as we move to Germany. We’ll explore and see if any restaurant over there comes close to the wholesome experience that Forever has been giving us. -

I travelled from San Francisco Bay Area where there are many authentic Chinese restaurants. When my local friends invited me to Forever this Saturday for lunch. My initial expectation was low as thought it would be more typical American Chinese food. But to my biggest surprise, the food was soooo delicious. The Tea Smoked Duck was very crisp and flavorful; the noodle with sesame source is just as authentic as the ones I tried in Bay Area, and in China. I am confident this Chinese food from Forever restaurant can compete with any tier one Chinese restaurant in SF Bay Area.
Overall, I highly recommend Forever Restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Chinese food -

(May 13, 2022, 8:52 am)Great service, nice atmosphere, freshly made savory food. All around wonderful especially for the price. Spare rib middle soup was amazing, just the right amount of spiciness. Yangzoo fried rice was excellent.

We ordered three different dishes and each had their own distinct flavor the first lunch. We mixed things up with a chicken, veggie, and pork dish the second time. Excellent, delicious food!
All the veggies on the dishes where fresh and well presented.
The restaurant seating area is very clean with good AC!
Terrific family owned and managed restaurant we plan on coming back often. -

The food is exceptional.
Service is not much.
The place is clean and airy.
They should take advantage of people waiting for their Tesla to be supercharged and offer them promotions to come in.
Will definitely come back again.
