  I needed a bathroom faucet installed. Because of deteriorating supply valves, I needed to replace those too. Because the supply valves were sweated onto the supply pipes, I knew that the job was beyond my ability. A neighbor recommended Folkes Home Services.
  I contacted Folkes through their website. They responded quickly and set up an appointment at my preferred time and date. The plumbers arrived on schedule. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and businesslike. They quickly did an excellent installation.
  The pricing was not exactly cheap, but not outrageous either. And it was worth paying a little bit of a premium to feel confident that the job had been done properly.
  Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Folkes Home Services to anyone in a similar situation to mine.

  Technician Joe arrived on time and was quite pleasant. Carefully explained everything in detail and our options. Made the repairs and they were well done. Heartening to see a young person working in this type of job.

  Best plumbing service ever..Dan and Joe we very professional and we're down to earth people..I highly recommend this company.
  And prices were reasonable. They had to run a new pipe and I only had a crawl space for Dan to work in...my washing machine is now working. Can't thank your company enough.

  We were so pleased with the job. We were able to schedule an estimate for that Saturday and they did the job the very next week. Installing 3 new air conditioning systems was a huge job but they worked hard and tirelessly to get it done. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable and very respectful of our house and our cats and dogs. I really liked that I got a text each morning with tracking information so I could know exactly when they would arrive. They answered all my questions and explained why some choices had to be made. We absolutely made the right decision in contracting with Folkes. We would use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

  We chose Folkes to do our HVAC system maintenance and are glad we did. The office person that I first talked to was kind and patient as she explained what would be done. We were reminded of our appointment with a quick phone call, email and text the day before. Our technician, Brandon called to let us know that he was on the way and arrived on time. Brandon was friendly, courteous and thorough as he explained what needed to be done and why. We were grateful for his professionalism and for his knowledge of our system. After not getting satisfaction from other companies in previous years, we highly recommend Folkes Home Services. We have finally found a company that we feel comfortable with.
