  I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team of workers! We had to have orangeburg sewer pipe replacement done on our home. Needless to say the issue has been a nightmare. Luis and his team showed up on time, worked tirelessly all day in close to 90 degree weather, and this was no little job. We had to have police on patrol because we live on a county road, and it was a massive undertaking, including a tree removal that was obstructing their ability to get the job done safely. When I tell you they took care of the entire process, from permits to police on patrol to total removal of the tree off the property, they did it all from soup to nuts. They are very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done, and were all cleaned up and off the property by 6:45 pm. Everything was done in a total of 1 day!!! Considering other companies were warning it could take 2-3 days, FMS was absolutely impressive! You can't beat their pricing, it was very fair, and the entire crew were very personable. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

  Fantastic service and great pricing! I have had FMS over to my new house several times in the past few months and each time the work has been outstanding. All of the crew members I have met have been knowledgeable and meticulous. Nick did a great job installing a new sump for me. Absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

  Can’t say enough positive things on this company! Eric did a full day of work at my new house in Warren (new water heater, a few pipe repairs, new sup pump, new on/off water valves, few other things also) he explained everything so well, he did and repaired everything beyond expectation and went above and beyond to give me TOP quality work. He even labeled the levers for me so I knew what was what. Eric cut no corners, and altered his schedule to get the work done quickly for me. Plus he was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend, (and I never write reviews by the way)! Also - pricing very fair and better than other companies.

  I don’t usually write reviews unless the product or service is beyond exceptional. In this case, with FMS, both the product and the service were BEYOND exceptional. Luis runs one of the tightest service management operations I’ve ever experienced. From setting the appointment to the install of our new, tankless water heater our family couldn’t be more pleased. We had one issue after the initial install (nothing anyone could have predicted or prevented) and as soon as I raised the issue with them, Luis personally came to our home, that evening, to rectify it personally. We love these guys!!

  I found FMS Plumbing & Heating through Angie’s List. Of all the contractors I had asked for information, Luis was the only one who actually called me! His personal interaction meant a lot; he was pleasant, easy to talk to and gave me a very good price to replace my water heater. He was very accommodating in scheduling the work at a time that worked best for me. His crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the work site. I felt so comfortable with them I asked them for a quote on replacing my heating system. They gave me a price I could not pass up. Luis has a great work ethic and it shows that he cares about his work and wants his customers to be happy.
