(March 2, 2023, 3:38 pm)More than twenty years after my mother died, I decided it was finally time to sell her beloved piano, a 1927 Model A Mason & Hamlin.
I called Terry, who appreciated the emotional issues of this momentous decision as well as the practical ones, and in just six weeks the piano was sold.
It gives me great pleasure knowing that Mom’s fabulous instrument with a wonderful provenance - for years it was in the Main House at Tanglewood - will be enjoyed for many more years.
Working with Terry was an excellent experience and I was very pleased with everything.

(May 6, 2021, 5:14 pm)We knew nothing about pianos and were looking for a piano for our daughter to learn on. Terry took extra time and care to show us different pianos, walk us through the differences and had our daughter try them out to see which sounded and felt right to her. We decided to rent one to start but ended up buying it after a few months. The whole process was very professional (delivery, tuning, switching from renting to buying, care instructions) and Terry and his team went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with them!

(February 16, 2021, 3:07 pm)Flynn Pianos regulated and voiced my Steinway L and gave me new keys and it is absolutely gorgeous. A whole new sensual playing experience. And now they are keeping me tuned. Definitely try them if you are in the Berkshire/Columbia County NY area. Very responsive nice people to deal with. I am a classical composer and pianist and I've never loved my piano more!

(December 1, 2020, 11:53 am)Terry Flynn is a great piano technician. Our church has recently purchased a new Yamaha S7X. We asked Flynn Pianos to install a 2-tank humidifier system with a cover underneath the piano. The work was done with high professionalism and we are very happy with it. The instrument was also tuned (by Terry) and it sounds amazing! We highly recommend Terry and his team!
