  I was so glad they opened a branch in Springfield. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love Florence Savings for many reasons, but one of the top perks is they cover the costs of other ATMs if you use your card for a few purchases and online payments each month, which I do anyway. So, if I can't get to a FSB ATM, FSB will reimburse the cost of using a direct one. That is a huge plus to me.

  I am a Florence Bank Cash Management customer and a local business owner. I had a transaction that needed to happen that day, and the bank was closed when I finally got to them. The staff at the bank was incredibly helpful, and they stayed after hours to make sure they helped me in time. As a business owner, you need a bank who is on your team. The Cash Management team is amazing. They think outside the box, and they go the extra mile every time you need them. Thank you!

  Florence Bank handles my entire set of business accounts for my two local businesses. In the years I have worked with the team at Florence Bank, I have been pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, their professionalism, and their helpfulness time and again. I have been especially impressed with Alicia and Laura in the business department. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whether you are in business, or just doing personal banking, there is no bank I trust more, and no one else who I recommend. Super job! Thank you guys!

  I walked in the Florence Bank Allen Street, greeted with a smile how can I help you. Explain to them I wanted to open a checking account, the lady directed me over to Jessica Jessica was very friendly and outgoing she explained all about the different types of checking accounts I could have, Jessica also took the time to set up my online banking on my phone just a great customer service, I’m glad I chose them to bank with
