Love this doctor’s office ! Always feel so welcomed everytime I walk through the door ! Linda, Haley & Mia are top knotch! The professionalism, knowledge & kindness they show to every patient is unmeasurable! Took me a while to find a practice that I liked, I’m so glad I found floral vale, won’t ever be going elsewhere ! Highly recommend!
BEST CARE IN THE AREA! The providers and their support staff offer 5 star medical care and attention. Linda, the office manager, is AMAZING !!! The front desk and MA are always quick to answer the phones and any questions I have. My experience with them is always pleasant and professional. I will NEVER go to another practice.
Absolutely LOVE Floral vale family med. Everyone from the front desk staff , MAs, and all the providers are always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for me. The office manager Linda is always willing to jump in and answer any questions I have or getr me into an appointment ASAP. I would never trust anyone else with my health care!!!!!!
The office staff is very kind which is not usually at a drs office. Angela Chen has been more helpful and patient and knowledgeable than other primary care professionals I have gone to..she is extremely thorough and does everything she can to help easy my nerves knowing I have PTSD and drs, nurses hospitals are triggers to me. The front desk staff is always kind. Leslie who works there also goes over and above w her kindness and offers to do anything to make things easier or calmer for me. My only complaint would be they don't except voice-mail during office hrs which I think would save some time for them and patients w scheduling or requesting refills. Still give it 5 stats please make sure all hire ups are aware of the kindness and professionalism of this location. Especially Angela Chen who was referred to me by my hair dresser and Leslie who im sorry I don't have a last name or position but everyone is always so nice and kind even being so.busy thru this pandemic time. Thank you.
