  Went to the fitness showrooms of Suffolk had a very good experience, the salesman was very knowledgeable price of the treadmill was much better than other places visited , quick delivery highly recommend

  Scott assisted us and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the treadmills. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. The store has their own technicians and a warranty that surpasses the last place we bought fitness equipment.

  My wife and I recently bought a new elliptical at Fitness Showrooms. Could not have had a better experience! Scott was super knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time with us, showing us different models and explaining all the pros and cons of each to help us make an informed decision. He showed us different brands and helped us compare the different features of each.
  
  We felt so comfortable with the whole experience and are extremely happy with our new machine!!!

  I have been looking for a treadmill since the pandemic, I finally went to Fitness Showroom, Huntington and found this. Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got it delivered to me within 4 days!
  The delivery guys were awesome. I would highly recommend this place!
  Oh, and the price was great too!

  I visited the Fitness Showrooms in Huntington the Tuesday before Black Friday and the experience was great. I was met by Dave the general manager who was very helpful. I was looking for a home gym and he brought me to that part of the showroom. I couldn’t believe how many machines were setup on the floor. Every machine looked like it was built and ready for a commercial gym. Dave started asking questions regarding what I was looking for and helping me narrow down the choices. I found Dave to be a good listener and not like a typical salesperson who was pushing me to a piece of equipment. After an hour of Q&A I settled on the Life Fitness G4. When we started talking about price Dave didn’t try to fool around and came out with a terrific number. He also threw in things like free shipping, setup and a workout rope he knew I would need (without me asking). As you can imagine this was the Tuesday before Black Friday and I had my hesitations about buying now and finding cheaper on Black Friday. Dave assured me this would not happened and if it did to call him. Well it did, as it happens the company that makes Life Fitness decided to put their equipment on sale! I callled Dave and he immediately investigated this and made an adjustment to my cost. Additionally, he threw in an additional full service warranty period because this happened. This was all done on Black Friday. How he fit this in with everything else he had going that day I have no idea. Dave didn’t make excuses or try to explain it away. I found Dave to be a very honest person and a man of his word. For the record I didn’t a significant amount of price research before Black Friday and Dave had given me the best price and all the extras. Other webistes were more expensive, didn’t offer in-home warranty service and had estimated delivery dates of 4-6 weeks! Not Dave...
  
  Well the machine was delivered and assembled within a week. The guys that showed up were quick, clean and professional. I had read online where it would take 3+ hours to setup the machine but they were done in 90 minutes. They really knew what they were doing. Then instead of running out the door one of the guys took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how the machine worked and he even showed me some excercises. Terrific service. I did read one of the complaints below about leaving boxes. I was asked if it was okay to leave the boxes and where I wanted them. Since I have curbside recycle pickup every Wednesday I had no problem keeping the boxes.
  
  In summary, this was one of the best shopping experiences I had and what made the difference for me was Dave! Next time I am buying a piece of fitness equipment it will be real easy, I will just go see Dave.
