(June 8, 2023, 10:31 am)We brought our cat to this emergency center at night when we couldn't see our regular vet. Everyone we dealt with there was great. Jordan Sauer is the veterinarian that saw our cat, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and obviously cared about our pet and our concerns. We are grateful that we chose this emergency center when we needed it, and even more grateful that Jordan was the vet that we ended up seeing. And their prices were fair and reasonable too. Based on our visit, I highly recommend this emergency center, and highly recommend Jordan.

(May 1, 2023, 3:57 pm)Orion was seen under an emergency situation. The doctors, vet techs and staff were so gracious, kind and sweet. Everyone really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the situation in person and each time the doctors called. Orion was in the hospital for a few days. The doctors went above and beyond with calls twice a day and spent time explaining everything even when I went to visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend West Hills!

(March 16, 2023, 1:53 pm)West Hills Animal Hospital is the vet equivalent to the four seasons. The gold standard for veterinary care on Long Island. All staff is helpful, thoughtful and thorough. They’re organized, reliable, and most importantly, they’re invested in your pets health so you can be at ease. Front desk is always amazing, and doctors are patient and spend time getting to know you and your pet. Waiting room also very nice. I’ve tried multiple vets on Long Island and this place is #1.

(February 22, 2023, 9:01 am)Our visit to the new location on Wall Street in Huntington village was wonderful! The location extremely convenient to anyone who lives in Huntington Village and it is especially nice that there is a parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking. The staff were so friendly and great with our pup. The vet tech was especially gentle with our dog and knowledgeable. Normally our dog kind of fears strangers who are men and takes time to warm up to them. But the vet tech (who was male) wisely approached our dog very slowly, with his hand out for him to sniff first, and was so gentle and mild mannered that our dog took to him right away and was kissing him on the nose before we left. Everyone was very kind and extremely efficient and we will absolutely consider this our main vet location moving forward. Thank you to the whole team at the West Hills Hospital.
