  I truly enjoyed my sessions with Donna. She worked on core areas of my body that helped me regain strenght and my posture. A true classy act.

  I worked with Donna for almost a year. I was short of breath and barely running when i met her. By the time that I left I was chiseled running 5-8 miles and in less pain. She patiently taught me many techniques to strengthen my whole body as well as stretching and tension release for my chronic myofascial pain.
  
  I would still be seeing her twice a week for private sessions if she was still in the area.

  Donna is amazing. She customizing workout to meet your fitness goals. She is very encouraging and ensures that technique and form are properly done. Excellent instructor and experience!

  I have been a client at Fit 4 Life for 6 years and Donna and her pilates have helped me so much! I have scholeosis and my sessions are tailored to my exact needs. I have significantly strengthened my core, arms and legs. Donna is very knowledgeable, caring and fun! Highly recommend!
